Future is back with another huge week on Billboard’s charts. His new project, Mixtape Pluto, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 (dated Oct. 5) with 129,00 equivalent album units earned in the United States in its opening week (Sept. 20-26), according to Luminate, and all 17 of its songs debut on the Billboard Hot 100.
Future earns his 11th No. 1 on the Billboard 200, tying Eminem, Bruce Springsteen, Barbra Streisand and Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) for the fifth-most in the chart’s history. It’s also Future’s third No. 1 of 2024, all tallied over six months – making him the first soloist to score a trio of leaders in a six-month span.

Future logs an 18th song on the latest Hot 100. His former three-week No. 1, “Like That” with Metro Boomin and Kendrick Lamar, ranks at No. 39 in its 27th week on the chart.
Future has now charted 217 songs on the Hot 100 in his career. He surpasses the Glee cast, with 207, for the third-most in the chart’s 66-year history, after only Drake (338) and Taylor Swift (264).
Plus, Future has charted 49 songs in 2024 alone, surpassing Swift (36) and Metro Boomin (35) for the most. The sum is the fourth-best ever for an act in a calendar year, after only the Glee cast’s 80 entries in 2010 and 77 in 2011 and Swift’s 54 in 2023.
